We are looking for a dedicated

to join our Bioburden team. As part of our team, you will help to ensure the safety and quality of medical devices. We offer you the opportunity to work in a specialised environment and to develop your career.

Your responsibilities will include

• Professional and competent performance of laboratory tests for bioburden determination, including validation in an ISO Class 6 cleanroom in accordance with Ph. Eur./USP/DIN EN ISO 11737-2
• Conducting method suitability tests in accordance with and based on the Ph. Eur and USP
• GMP-compliant testing and documentation of work steps in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025
• Development and refinement of processes and/or test methods
• Care and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments
• Collaborating with other team members and experts to drive projects forward together
• Compliance with Safety Policies and Procedures in the Laboratory

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• A completed degree in biology, chemistry or a related discipline
• Ideally, experience in cleanroom environments, as well as in sterile handling and microbiological work methods
• Good Laboratory Practice and High Accuracy in Work
• Ability to work as part of a team and in an interdisciplinary environment
• A sense of responsibility and a commitment to quality and safety
• Willingness to pursue continuing education and adapt to new methods and technologies
• Proficiency in German at B2/C1 level, knowledge of English
• Recognition of your professional qualifications in Germany
